What can calm, center and ground you - while connecting you to community, family, yourself and nature? A Drum Circle! I did not believe this until I experienced it myself about a year ago. It was such a powerful experience that needs to be experienced vs. explained.
We have two opportunities for you to safely venture into Drum Circles:
1) Mother (or Grandmother) and Son (or Grandson) Drum Circle - start summer in the company of other mother/son or grandmother/grandson pairs at the Sanctuary with the animals. Wednesday May 24th, 5:30-7pm, $25/pair. Complete info here.
2) Summer Solstice Drum Circle - maximize the healing power of this day of light in community with others in a Drum Circle. Includes tarot, nature immersion and bonfire.
